Celebrating Owl Eyes Wilderness Survival’s 10th anniversary!
Learn how to identify animal tracks and footprints in this guided nature walk. The main focus on this class is to follow an animal trail quietly with the intention to find an animal and observe from a safe distance. Students will learn various animal footprint identification, animal walking patterns, awareness, how to move silently, and much more. This class is open to all ages, but please be prepared to be walking off trail, through snow, for up to 2 miles. This class is not snow dependent as animal tracks are everywhere! The location this class will be held holds many species of wildlife including otter, fisher, black bear, deer, turkey, and gray fox.
