Steadprep Social Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Steadprep Social, we value your membership and are committed to providing a quality experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to our services.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases, including but not limited to memberships, subscriptions, and digital products, are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. However, cancellations only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle or term.

To view, edit or cancel your membership, navigate to the top right menu where your profile picture is, then click “Membership”. 

No Prorated Refunds:
If you cancel your membership before the end of the term, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the term expires.

No refunds or credits will be issued for partial use of your subscription or for unused time within your membership term.

This is to prevent abuse of the system and our community.

3. Automatic Renewal
Memberships and subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4. Exceptions

This refund policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made unless required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
