A mini-retreat for couples!
Do you long to deepend your level of intimacy? This couples retreat is dedicated time away from everyday distractions for partners to focus on their relationship.
Together we will enjoy playful gentle yoga practice to support each other in becoming more embodied, exercise our communication skills, throught active listening or co-meditation session, and enjoy a loving Thai massage exchange, for relaxtion and letting go.
Through personal growth practices, sometimes offered in traditional therapy sessions, you and your partner will explore a deeper connection that allows your bond to be restored, and invest in what matters most.
